Gwyneth Flack is a transformational teacher, author, healer and speaker passionate about helping people embody their intuitive awareness, lead from the soul, align with clear decision-making, and cultivate deeper, more fulfilling relationships.
Since 2007, Gwyneth has empowered thousands of professionals through courses, private sessions, retreats, and workshops. She offers beginner-to-advanced intuitive development and healing tools to help people create lives of harmony, clarity, and purpose in a challenging world. She bridges spiritual wisdom with neuroscience, offering practical tools and profound insights to help people find their own answers, heal from past experiences, reduce self-critical thinking, and become more grounded. Her work is rooted in laughter, creativity, and a deep understanding of the human experience.
Gwyneth has been deeply aware of her intuitive abilities since she was a child when she had a near-death experience that expanded her spiritual awareness. She completed advanced trainings in healing, intuitive development, clairvoyance, and meditation. She cofounded and codirected a center for intuitive development which served the New England area and Canada for ten years. Among her students are mental health and healthcare professionals, holistic healing practitioners, entrepreneurs, professors, schoolteachers, artists, leaders, writers, parents, and teens.

As a member of Without Walls, an international community of advanced seers and healers from all backgrounds, Gwyneth collaborated to improve the conditions of the world, including working with colleagues who bring intuitive tools to support children in urban underserved schools.
Gwyneth has lived in New Zealand and Asia, where she taught and traveled widely, and then in the UK where she earned her MA in creative writing. When she’s not teaching, Gwyneth finds joy in her Vermont home, where she co-stewards a diverse forest ecosystem alongside her family. Together, they manage an organic maple syrup business, blending sustainable living with creative pursuits. Gwyneth’s love for adventure, nature, spiritual exploration, and heartfelt connection inspires her mission to help others embrace their limitless capability.
